Your safari starts at Victoria Falls airport, where you connect with the scheduled charter flight to Hwange National Park. Arrive at the airstrip and road transfer to the camp. You will be spending 3 nights at Somalisa Camp, including all your meals, selected beverages and private activities such as: guided walks, bird watching, game drives, night drives as well as the option of a cultural visit to a local village. Hwange National Park is a land of contrasts from dense teak and acacia forest to vast open savannah.

Two days to enjoy all that Somalisa Camp has to offer, the camps location provides breathtaking views of the savannah plains. Wildlife sightings include elephant, kudu, sable antelope, zebra, wildebeest, gemsbok, the rare and endangered roan antelope, buffalo, giraffe, lion, leopard, hyena, and many other wildlife species.

Fly from Hwange National Park to Mana Pools National Park where you spend three nights at the Nyamatusi Camp which is set in one of the wildest and most remote parts of Africa, on the banks of the Zambezi River. Mana Pools offers you a pure, unspoilt, private African safari experience. The park is often referred to the last pioneer park lying in the great African Rift valley, and is an explorers’ paradise. You will experience the raw power of nature when canoeing down the Zambezi River, or watch a wildlife extravaganza unfold on game drives. Back at Nyamatusi camp on time for dinner and chat to your fellow travelers under a bright starry night sky.

Watch the drama of nature play out before your eyes on game drives or thrilling canoeing safaris. Fishing on the Zambezi River (catch and release only) and birding safaris are highlights here.
